Cancellation & Refunds
How to request a change, cancellation or refund, and which conditions apply to your individual travel booking.

Before you book
Each flight, visa, hotel, transfer, activity or package can have different cancellation conditions. This policy explains our request process; it does not promise that every booking is refundable or impose a single cancellation fee on all services.
Before you authorise a booking or make payment, ask for the cancellation deadlines, applicable time zone, change charges, no-show rules, refundable and non-refundable amounts, any deposit conditions and separately charged Paishak Fly fees in writing. Those disclosed terms apply subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.
An enquiry alone is not a booking. If you authorise chargeable work or a supplier commitment before final confirmation, its cost and cancellation conditions should be explained and agreed first.
Request a cancellation
Contact our team as soon as possible using the details on our Contact page, or email paishakfly@gmail.com with the subject “Booking change or cancellation”. Include:
- Your booking reference and the lead traveller’s name.
- The service and travel date concerned.
- Whether you are requesting a cancellation, date change or refund.
- A contact number or email for follow-up.
Keep a copy of your request and the time it was sent. Do not send a full passport copy or payment-card details in the initial message. A sent message is not the same as a supplier-confirmed cancellation: ask us for written acknowledgement, the applicable charges and confirmation that the change or cancellation has been processed. Any delay on our part does not remove your mandatory legal rights.
Flights
Airline fare rules govern voluntary changes, cancellations, baggage and no-shows, subject to applicable law. Some fares are refundable, some permit changes with charges or fare differences, and others restrict changes or refunds. Recoverable taxes and charges depend on the ticket and applicable rules.
Missing a flight or cancelling one segment may affect onward or return segments. Contact our team before changing a multi-segment itinerary. When an airline cancels or substantially changes a flight, the available refund, rerouting or other remedies must be assessed under the relevant passenger rights and booking conditions.
Hotels, tours and transfers
Accommodation, packages, transfers and activities follow the conditions disclosed for the selected supplier and rate. These may include cancellation cutoffs, advance-purchase restrictions, no-show charges or limits on unused portions. Your written quote should identify which components of a package have separate conditions.
Operator cancellations, weather or safety restrictions may lead to rescheduling, alternatives or a refund, depending on the service and applicable law. They are not an automatic reason to deny all remedies. Tell us promptly if an agreed service was not provided.
Visa applications
Visa approval and entry decisions rest with the relevant authorities. Rejection, a request for more documents or a longer processing time does not automatically make government or supplier application charges refundable. Their refund rules, including the point at which charges become non-refundable, should be explained before submission.
Any Paishak Fly assistance fee is separate from government or supplier charges. Its treatment depends on the work agreed, the stage reached, the conditions disclosed before commitment and applicable law. We do not describe every visa-related payment as automatically non-refundable.
Fees and refund amounts
Where a refund is due, our team should explain the amount paid, the refundable components and any lawful supplier deductions or separately agreed service charges. A service or administration fee must not be introduced after the event without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
Unused or partly used services are assessed under the booking conditions and applicable law. Do not assume an unused component is either fully refundable or entirely non-refundable without checking its rules. Nothing in this policy overrides a mandatory entitlement or excuses a failure to deliver a service we are responsible for.
Refund process
Once eligibility and the amount are established, we will explain the refund steps and expected processing time for your booking. Supplier processing, payment methods and banks can affect timing, but any deadline required by applicable law takes precedence. This website does not promise a fixed number of days for every refund.
Refunds should normally use the original payment method where practical and lawful, or another method agreed with the payer after appropriate verification. Ask for written confirmation and contact our team if the stated expected date passes. Supplier delays do not remove any independent obligation we owe you under applicable law.
Disputes and updates
If you disagree with a decision, request a written explanation and the booking rule relied on. You can raise a complaint with our team and use any other payment-provider, consumer-protection or legal remedy available to you. This policy does not require you to give up those rights.
Read this page alongside our Terms & Conditions and your accepted booking documents. Later policy changes do not retrospectively replace the conditions agreed for an existing booking without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
