This notice covers the Paishak Fly website and personal information you provide to our travel desk when making an enquiry or arranging travel services. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Paishak Fly. Our contact details are provided at the end of this page.

This website provides information and links to WhatsApp, telephone and email. It does not currently offer account registration, an online booking form or a card-payment checkout.

• Enquiries: your name, phone number or email address, messages, preferred destinations, travel dates, group size and other details you choose to share.
• Requested bookings or visas: where needed for the service, traveller names, nationality, date of birth, passport or visa details, travel documents, itinerary and booking references. These are requested by our team, not collected through a website upload form.
• Booking administration: quotations, confirmations, invoices, payment status and records of changes, cancellations or complaints where relevant to your booking.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and diagnostic or security logs when delivering the website.

Share only what is needed. Do not send card security codes, passwords, one-time passcodes or unrequested identity documents. If a service requires passport copies, medical information or special-assistance details, ask our team which secure channel to use first. We request sensitive information only where needed and handle it with any additional consent or safeguards required by applicable law.

We use relevant information to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare requested quotes and itineraries.
• Arrange and support flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, tours and other services you ask us to book.
• Send booking updates and deal with payment administration, cancellations, refunds or complaints.
• Keep necessary business records, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Any promotional communications must be permitted by applicable law, with separate consent where required and a way to opt out. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

We process information with consent where required by applicable law, or where another lawful ground permits it, such as arranging a service you request, performing an agreed booking or meeting a legal obligation. Browsing the website is not blanket consent to optional marketing or third-party tracking.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing that took place beforehand. If information is necessary to arrange a booking or visa, we may be unable to provide that service without it.

For a requested service, relevant details may be shared with airlines, hotels, transport or activity operators, insurance providers, visa-processing partners and immigration or consular authorities. We share information needed for the service rather than your entire enquiry history. Some recipients act independently and apply their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

Providers supporting website hosting, communications and business administration may also process information for those purposes. Our planned production infrastructure uses Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare for domain and DNS services. Cloudflare may additionally process website traffic if its proxy or security services are enabled; domain registration alone does not mean all website traffic passes through Cloudflare.

Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required by a court, regulator or public authority, or where legally necessary to protect rights and address fraud or security incidents.

Clicking a WhatsApp, Instagram, email or external directions link takes you to a separate service or application. Information you provide there, and that provider’s technical data collection, are governed by its own privacy terms as well as our handling of messages we receive.

The Google Maps embed on our contact page stays off until you choose “Load Google map”. Loading it connects your browser to Google and may allow Google to use cookies or similar technologies. The current website implementation does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. If that changes, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated before those tools are enabled.

Travel arrangements often require information to be processed in the UAE and in destination countries. Hosting and communications providers may also operate in other countries, where privacy laws may differ.

Where cross-border transfers are restricted by applicable law, we must use a legally permitted transfer basis and appropriate safeguards. Contact us if you need information about recipients or international processing for your particular booking.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or service, and for applicable accounting, legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution requirements. The period depends on the record and the relevant obligation; we do not apply a single retention period to every document. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised, subject to lawful retention requirements.

We use reasonable organisational and technical precautions appropriate to the information, including limiting access to people who need it. No website, email or messaging channel can be guaranteed completely secure. Ask our team about an appropriate secure method before sending sensitive documents.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions, including records we must retain.

Email paishakfly@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and explain what you need. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your information and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Please do not include a full passport copy in your initial request.

You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority where applicable. You do not have to contact us first to exercise a legal right to complain.

The website is intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through this website. Where a parent, guardian or authorised adult arranges travel for a child, necessary traveller details may be processed for that booking with any consent required by law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authority.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in services, technology or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for a material change rather than treating continued browsing as consent.
