These terms explain the use of the Paishak Fly website and the general basis on which our travel desk handles enquiries and travel arrangements. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Paishak Fly, whose contact details appear below.

The website is an information and enquiry service, not an automated booking or payment platform. Sending a WhatsApp message, email or other enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Booking-specific terms must be supplied and agreed before you commit to a purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. It is not a substitute for any separate consent required by law.

Flights, hotels, visas, transfers, packages and activities are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant supplier or authority. A quote or suggested itinerary is not a guarantee of inventory, price, visa approval or travel eligibility.

Before payment or an authorised booking commitment, you should receive the service details, total price and currency, inclusions and exclusions, payment requirements, applicable supplier conditions and any Paishak Fly service fees. Confirmation is provided in writing when the relevant booking has been accepted and, where necessary, tickets or vouchers have been issued.

Ask us to clarify anything that is missing or unclear before authorising a booking. Keep your accepted quote, terms, receipts and confirmation documents.

Prices can change with availability, exchange rates, taxes and supplier rules before confirmation. The written quote should state its validity, payment deadlines and any deposit, balance, additional local charge or separate service fee. Do not assume that an item shown in a website photograph or description is included in your particular booking.

Payment methods are agreed directly with our team. This website does not accept card details or process payments. Verify the recipient and payment instructions through our published contact channels before transferring funds. Do not send card security codes, passwords or one-time passcodes in a chat or email.

Any additional fee or material price change must be explained and agreed as required by applicable law. Your statutory rights are not replaced by a supplier’s pricing or payment rules.

Bookings should be arranged by an adult with authority to act for the travellers concerned. When arranging travel for others, provide accurate details and ensure you have appropriate permission to share their information and accept the relevant booking conditions on their behalf.

• Check names against passports and review dates, routes, accommodation, baggage and other details before authorising ticketing or booking.
• Ensure passports, visas, transit permissions and any required health or entry documents meet the rules for every destination and transit point.
• Observe check-in times, transport pickup times, operator instructions and local laws.
• Tell our team promptly about errors, changed requirements or special-assistance needs.

Entry rules can change. Verify current requirements with the relevant official authority or carrier. This does not remove our responsibility for information or services we are legally required to provide.

Visa assistance covers the services described in your quote, such as document guidance or application support. Issuance, processing times, validity, admission and immigration decisions are controlled by the relevant authorities. No website statement or estimated turnaround time guarantees approval or entry.

Government and supplier application charges may become non-refundable under their applicable rules once submitted. Any separate Paishak Fly service fee and its refund conditions must be disclosed before commitment. See the visa section of our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for more detail.

Airlines, hotels, transport providers and activity operators generally deliver the travel services they operate. Their conditions may cover baggage, check-in, age and health restrictions, safety requirements, cancellations and schedule changes. Our role and any package responsibilities should be explained in the booking documents; these terms do not exclude obligations imposed on us by law.

Adventure activities may involve risk and may be affected by weather, safety decisions or operating restrictions. Check suitability, participation conditions and insurance before booking, and follow the operator’s instructions. Travel insurance is recommended but is not included unless your written quote expressly says so. An activity description does not waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes, cancellations, missed departures and unused services are handled under the conditions disclosed for your booking and applicable law. There is no universal cancellation charge or refund entitlement for every flight, visa, hotel or package.

Read our Cancellation & Refunds Policy and the booking-specific rules before committing. Any lawful supplier deductions, fare differences and separately agreed service fees must be identified; a general policy cannot remove mandatory refund or consumer rights.

If a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, contact our team for the options available for that booking. Refunds, alternatives and other remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law, not merely the wording of a supplier policy.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or misuse our contact channels. Website content, branding and images belong to their respective owners or licensors; rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Destination descriptions and images are general information, not a representation of every supplier, room, vehicle or itinerary. We aim to keep the website accurate, but availability, requirements and offers should be confirmed in writing. External links lead to independent services with their own terms and privacy practices.

We are responsible for the services and duties we undertake, subject to the agreed booking and applicable law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or control decisions made by airlines, immigration authorities and other independent providers, but that does not remove any duty we owe you.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for our own conduct where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or for mandatory consumer rights. Supplier terms, disruption or circumstances outside a party’s control do not automatically remove a legal right to a refund or other remedy.

If something goes wrong, contact our team with your booking reference and a clear description of the issue. Keep relevant documents and let us know promptly so that we can help. You may also use any complaint, regulatory or court remedy available under applicable law; contacting us does not waive those rights.

To the extent legally permitted, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory protections under any other applicable law remain unaffected. The competent authority or court is determined by applicable law, not by an exclusive jurisdiction clause on this website.

We may update these website terms and show the revision date above. Updated wording does not retrospectively change an existing booking without a lawful basis and any required agreement. Keep the terms supplied when you booked.
